My practice spans two distinct but connected worlds. For the Vietnamese community in Singapore — families, professionals, couples, and individuals navigating the hardest moments of their lives — I offer counsel in their own language, with genuine understanding of what is at stake. I have walked alongside a substantial and growing number of clients through these matters, and I take that responsibility seriously.
On the international stage, I act for corporations and institutions across the Vietnam–Singapore corridor — advising global names including Keppel Land, PepsiCo, and Nestlé on Vietnam-related commercial and legal matters; conducting arbitration before the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre; and engaging in significant domestic proceedings, including matters relating to the Van Thinh Phat criminal proceedings — the largest financial case in Vietnam's modern legal history.
